2025/2026 Season Ticket Terms

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and the 25/26 Broadway Dallas Season offer details posted on this page. By purchasing a Subscription, including any Additional Tickets purchased under a Subscription, you agree to all such Terms and Conditions.

RENEWAL DEADLINE: If we are unable to automatically renew your season subscription for the 25/26 season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than February 25, 2025 to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by February 25, 2025 and are limited to one request per season ticket package account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription will be offered.

PRICING: Package price is inclusive of all fees. $270 subscription packages are subject to availability. The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets and $70 in processing fees, $40 (8-show packages) or $35 (7-show packages) in facility fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Producers’ Circle charitable contribution. Producers’ Circle subscriptions (Sections C-ORCH, D-ORCH, E-ORCH; Rows A-P) include a required $300 charitable contribution for each subscription seat purchased, applied toward CenterStage Membership. Producers’ Circle subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations in these sections of the Orchestra, available only to these subscribers. A portion of your donation is tax deductible based on the fair market value of goods and services received in exchange of your gift.

SEASON ADD-ON: 8-show packages include Wicked with same subscription seats and performance time. 7-show packages do not include Wicked.

SEASON OPTION: Six, the season option, is not included in any subscription package. Additional purchase is required, and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase. 

UPGRADES & EXCHANGES: Seating upgrades and ticket exchanges are subject to availability. The ability to exchange individual shows will begin shortly after the upgrade window. Exchanges must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to your performance or by 4pm on Friday for weekend performances. In some cases, a show may require exchanges to be completed at least 72 hours prior to your ticketed performance. The difference in price is due at the time of the exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. When exchanging into less expensive seating locations, the difference in price will be refunded to your original method of purchase or issued as a credit to your account.  New subscribers (including any subscribers who are not renewing from the previous season), will incur a $5.00 per ticket exchange service fee during their first season. Renewing subscribers will not incur this exchange service fee. 

ACCOUNT CREDIT: Account Credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferrable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of tickets for Broadway Dallas shows directly through Broadway Across America. Account credit may have an expiration date. If using a payment plan, the full balance of your account credit will be applied first, with the remaining balance divided into equal installments. ADDITIONAL TICKETS: Orders that exceed the ticket limit (8 tickets) will be canceled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. Additional tickets are subject to availability. A service fee per ticket will apply at checkout.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS: Health and safety protocols may be in effect for the performances in this season; updates will be sent to ticket holders before each event or posted on the Broadway Dallas website. All ticket holders are required to comply.

2024/2025 Season Ticket Terms:

The price of each subscription seat with the exception of the Broadway Bundle reflects the face value of your tickets and $60 in processing fees, $40 (8-show packages) or $35 (7-show packages) in facility fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Producers’ Circle charitable contribution. A $10 per ticket service fee and a $5 per ticket facility fee applies to 4-show Broadway Bundles. Producers’ Circle subscriptions (Sections C-ORCH, D-ORCH, E-ORCH; Rows A-P) include a required $300 charitable contribution for each subscription seat purchased, applied toward CenterStage Membership. Producers’ Circle subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations in these sections of the Orchestra, available only to these subscribers, prior to individual tickets being placed on sale to the general public. There is an eight (8) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card. Orders that exceed this limit will be canceled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. By purchasing a Subscription, including any Additional Tickets purchased under a Subscription, you agree to the terms posted at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/Terms-Conditions.

All subscribers will be automatically renewed into the 2025/2026 season and beyond risk free. A valid email address and credit card are required. If you decide you do not want to renew for any reason, you can receive a full refund if you contact us prior to the 2025/2026 renewal deadline. 7- and 8-show packages do not include Come From Away and Hadestown. 7-show packages do not include Disney’s The Lion King. Additional purchase required.
